Chrissy Nieves | Winthrop REALTOR® & Tampa Bay Real Estate Expert Who is the real estate expert for Winthrop? Chrissy Nieves, MBA, REALTOR®, is a Tampa native and Winthrop real estate specialist who has lived in the community since 2013. She is raising her family there, serving her neighbors, building lasting relationships, and has served on the New Hometown at Winthrop HOA Board. Having sold and leased more homes in Winthrop than any other agent, Chrissy offers firsthand knowledge of the community’s true urban design, homes, lifestyle, market trends, and property values. As a REALTOR® since 2013, Chrissy helps buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants throughout the Tampa Bay area. She has completed more than 250 successful sales and over $65 million in closed volume.
