Christina Kurt is a licensed Texas real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in office, retail, landlord and tenant representation, strategic leasing, and investment sales. Since beginning her career in 2013, she has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful strategies, market expertise, and exceptional client service across every stage of the commercial real estate process.
Prior to joining J Hunter Properties, Christina served as Assistant Vice President of Leasing at Vista Management Company, where she focused primarily on landlord representation, overseeing leasing strategies and cultivating long-term relationships with property owners and tenants throughout the Houston market. Before Vista, she founded Kurt Commercial Advisors, successfully representing clients in both leasing and investment sales, including the acquisition of a multi-million-dollar retail property in the Houston area.
Earlier in her career, Christina developed a strong analytical and strategic foundation at Colliers International as a Marketing and Research Coordinator before joining Cresa, where she specialized in corporate real estate services. Her experience included strategic planning, transaction management, and project management for corporate clients, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate lifecycle from both the ownership and occupier perspectives.
Drawing from her diverse background in landlord representation, tenant advisory, marketing, research, and corporate real estate, Christina offers clients a well-rounded perspective that enables her to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and negotiate successful outcomes. She is passionate about creating tailored real estate solutions that align with each client's unique business objectives and is committed to serving every client with integrity, professionalism, and unwavering dedication.
As a Houston native and graduate of the University of Houston, Christina is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She is actively involved with the Rotary Club of Katy and the KISD KEYS mentoring program and serves as a Faith Formation teacher at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Community. Her community involvement also includes serving as Co-Chair of the Katy Triathlon and participating in numerous charitable and volunteer initiatives throughout the Greater Houston area.
Outside of real estate, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends and remains passionate about mentoring the next generation. A former collegiate athlete, she continues to invest in the personal growth of young athletes through basketball coaching, officiating, and player development, believing that the lessons learned through sports extend far beyond the court.
