Bio
After graduating from the University of Delaware, Christina began her career at IPS in 2004, managing over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space, apartments, and warehouses. As a licensed commercial real estate agent, she helped entrepreneurs ?nd the perfect location to start or expand their business.
Christina now heads the Property Management Division, focusing on Condominium and Homeowners Associations. This highly specialized ?eld requires expertise in DUCIOA regulations, financial reporting, vendor management, resale document preparation, resident communication, and Board proceedings. Christina and her staff support over 50 communities in Delaware and nearby Pennsylvania and Maryland counties.
As a native Delawarean, Christina and her family are life-long residents of New Castle County. She and her husband, Kevin, support a number of local organizations and their children enjoy multiple sports.
