Chris Porter is a highly experienced Broker Associate who brings a lifelong passion for real estate to every client she serves. Chris attended Cal State Northridge and graduated from California Lutheran University and launched her career as a full-time Realtor immediately after college.
Raised in the industry—her mother owned a commercial brokerage—she developed a deep understanding of real estate from an early age and has carried that knowledge into a successful career spanning decades.
Originally from Southern California, Chris relocated to Southwest Florida in 1994 and has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the market ever since. Dedicated to her community, she is a past president of the Cape Coral Charter School Foundation and remains committed to supporting local families and schools.
Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys making the most of Southwest Florida’s waterfront lifestyle. She is an avid boater who loves wakeboarding, fishing, and skiing, and she also has a soft spot for animals—sharing her home with two dogs and a cat.
Chris combines her professional expertise with her love for the area, offering her clients not only exceptional real estate service but also genuine insight into the lifestyle that makes Southwest Florida so special.
