Bio
Christine Chau is the founder and broker of Texas Urban Property Management, an Austin-based property management company that administers leasing services for over two hundred Texas properties. She also serves investors and clients through residential sales and purchases. Christine is a second-term director for the Austin Board of Realtors®, a 2022 Texas Realtors® Austin Region Representative, and past president of the Austin chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). She earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Within the real estate industry, Christine dedicates much of her efforts to education and networking and is a guest speaker at a number of events every year.
As a wife, mother, daughter, friend, Texas native, and Longhorn (hook ‘em), she enjoys spending her leisure time trying new restaurants, traveling, and supporting local businesses.
