Bio
Chris grew up in Upstate New York, relocating to Central Florida in 1996. He got his start in the commercial real estate business in 1999, and shortly thereafter purchased a Sunbelt Business Brokerage in Volusia County. After selling that business a few years later, he and a business partner opened an independent brokerage in Seminole County. After stepping away for a couple of years to focus on his consulting business, he recently joined Watson Commercial Realty in their Longwood office. Chris has owned several small businesses over the years, most notably a payroll processing company, and a management consulting firm with over 500 clients nationally. This personal experience, combined with his professional real estate training, has helped him guide his clients as they consider buying and/or selling their businesses and related commercial real estate investments. He is a graduate of Herkimer High School and the State University of New York at Albany; he has an AA/BA in Liberal Arts. Chris served five years in the USAF. He lives in Orlando with his wife of 28 years, and has four children and three grandchildren. His youngest son is attending UNF Jacksonville. He enjoys an occasional round of golf, and summer trips to the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of Family Promise of Greater Orlando, and is also an Assistant Coordinator of that program at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church. He is an active member of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, and a graduate of their Entrepreneurs Academy. When you are considering an investment in a business or commercial property, Chris is ready to help. He can be reached anytime via the contact information listed above.
