I'm a commercial real estate broker and property manager based in North Bergen, NJ, with over 25 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use investment sales across Hudson County, Bergen County, and the broader NJ/NY metro area.
I hold both the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations. As co-owner of Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management, I lead a team handling the full investment lifecycle: acquisition analysis, brokerage, and ongoing asset management.
