Christopher D. Futo began his career in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit Office in 2009. He is now a First Vice President Investments and serves as an Associate Director of the firm’s Multi Housing Division. During his ten-plus year career in commercial real estate sales Mr. Futo and his team, have closed approximately $904,000,000 in multi-family transactions. He has earned numerous awards in his tenure including the firm’s Pacesetter Award in his first year of employment. Mr. Futo was most recently awarded the firm’s National Sales Recognition Award for 2017.
While Mr. Futo specializes in the acquisition and disposition of properties in the state of Michigan, he has also represented many Buyers and Sellers throughout the Midwest.
