Christopher Futo began his career in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit Office in 2009. He is now a
Managing Director of Investments of the firm’s Multi Housing Division. His leadership and
specialization in the multifamily and mobile home community sectors during his fifteen-plus year
career in commercial real estate sales has enabled Mr. Futo and his team to close over 200 transactions
resulting in well over $1 billion in sales.
He has earned several awards in his tenure including the firm’s Pacesetter Award in his first year of
employment. Mr. Futo has also been awarded the firm’s National Achievement Award two times, the
Sales Recognition Award five times, as well as numerous Power Broker awards from Costar.
While Mr. Futo specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Multifamily and Mobile Home
Community properties in the state of Michigan and Ohio, he has also represented many Buyers and
Sellers throughout the Midwest.
