With a background as Director of Office Asset Management at Washington REIT, Chris oversaw a 3-million-square-foot portfolio across Washington, DC and Suburban Maryland. His experience blends ownership perspective with brokerage expertise—giving clients strategic insight into market dynamics, cost drivers, and risk.
Known for his data-driven approach and creative problem-solving, Chris has completed more than 500 transactions totaling over $2 billion in value.
