Prior to joining Colliers in 2024, Chris held an Executive Managing Director position at Newmark for nearly eight years, where he and his team completed over $1 billion in deal volume, encompassing 547 transactions. Over his 18-year career, Chris’s exemplary reputation and proven success have garnered him an extensive client roster, including some of the most notable names in the industry. Previous roles included Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Specialty Group and UniDev, LLC, a real estate developer in Los Angeles.
