Chris has been with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. since 2002 and is part of the Shopping Center Leasing Department. In this role, he is responsible for landlord/tenant lease negotiations, trade area analysis, budget forecasting and leasing new development projects and existing properties in the Hampton Roads, Virginia market. Chris has been directly involved in the leasing of numerous projects ranging in scope from newly developed retail centers to mixed use projects. He is responsible for the leasing of a retail portfolio of shopping centers, interacting with various ownership entities and Landlords. Chris represents tenants in the site selection process and lease negotiations.
