Chris Lefebvre, a Service-Disabled Veteran, directs the strategic and operational positioning of the company and is responsible for all aspects of ISI’s management including operations, business development, marketing, human resources, and quality assurance. Mr. Lefebvre not only oversees business operations but also sets the tone, philosophy, and long-term strategy for ISI. Mr. Lefebvre is the majority stock holder and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Lefebvre was a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps. As a Captain, he developed core competencies in leadership, personnel management, logistics, and operations. He first deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Bagram, Afghanistan and served as an operations battle captain for the Joint Operations Center. Mr. Lefebvre deployed two subsequent times to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he served as a Company Executive Officer leading over 300 Marines through daily operations in a combat zone. In his final military assignment, he was selected to serve at Marine Barracks Washington (8th & I) in Washington, DC. There, he was selected as an Executive Officer of Headquarters Company, as well as Parade Adjutant for the Sunset and Evening Parades and as a social aide at the White House. Mr. Lefebvre’s military decorations include the Joint-Service Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal with Bronze Star (in lieu of second award) and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
Mr. Lefebvre has a MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and a BA in government from Campbell University where he was a school All-Academic NCAA wrestler.
