Bio
Chris currently serves as Senior Vice President in the Cleveland office of CBRE, where he advises on a variety of asset classes, primarily on owner and owner occupied properties. He has completed many of the larger and more complex transactions in the region and beyond.
Prior to joining CBRE, Chris was the Managing Director of Avison Young. He opened the Cleveland office in 2014 and managed the business with full P&L responsibility until joining CBRE in March 2023. Prior to Avison Young, he was Executive Vice President of JLL and its predecessor company, The Staubach Company. He began his real estate career with the Galbreath Company, an international developer of high-rise office properties. In a career spanning over 25 years, Chris has completed over $2.2B in transaction value.
