As Vice President of Development, Chris McCluskey’s primary responsibilities include the identification, evaluation and execution of speculative development and build-to-suit opportunities in VanTrust’s primary asset classes. Additional duties include coordination with municipalities, lease negotiations and management of architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
Prior to joining VanTrust, Chris was a Project Manager in the Land Development department at Jacobs Engineering. In his tenure there, he was responsible for the oversight and direction of engineering designs, due diligence, feasibility packages and completion of surveying services for a variety of product types.
