Chris is Vice President at Crosland Southeast based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is focused on providing tenant-driven marketing strategies in the retail sector. Chris is responsible for leading site acquisitions for new developments, representing key retailers in site selection and providing investors and landlords in comprehensive marketing strategies. He also sources creative development and re-development opportunities for Crosland Southeast. Chris’ regional focus is in Raleigh-Durham and Eastern North Carolina, as well as throughout our multi-state footprint. Before joining the Crosland Southeast team, he spent 3 years as a landlord broker in the office/flex sector in Raleigh, and 2 years as a retail tenant representative and retail listing broker in Raleigh and Eastern NC.
He began his career in Raleigh, where he worked for SunTrust Bank for 3 years in retail banking and as a commercial credit analyst. In 2006, Chris received his real estate license while working at SunTrust Bank and in 2007 started his real estate career.
