Bio
Chris Walther, Managing Director, has been with Ripco since 2013 and works throughout New York City and Westchester. He has represented tenants from Starbucks and Smashburger to AutoZone and Dollar Tree, among other various regional and local tenants in their expansion throughout the New York City Metropolitan market. He has also worked with landlords and developers such as Vornado Realty Trust, Urban Edge Properties, Related Cos., Blumenfeld Development Group, and Simone Development. Chris was recipient of the Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30 Award for Leasing in 2019.
Originally from Nashville, TN, Chris grew up in Western Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2012. He also volunteers as a youth t-ball coach with DREAM, formerly Harlem RBI.
