Christy Chumley serves as Vice President Operations & Asset Management within the Multifamily division at Leon Capital Group. Christy is a seasoned asset manager with over 22 years of experience in multifamily real estate specializing in financial analysis and strategic asset optimization, dedicated to maximizing property performance and enhancing investor returns.
Prior to joining Leon Capital, Christy has served as both Asset Manager and Regional Manager positions working with national REIT’s, merchant developers and institutional JV Partners. Over the last two decades, Chumley has effectively managed property acquisitions, dispositions, and new developments.
Christy attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas and studied business administration with a minor in accounting. Chumley is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and an active member of local apartment associations. In 2016, Christy achieved and maintains a national designation as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association (NAA).
