Christy was originally licensed in 1996. I have continued my industry education and now I am a Broker and Owner of the firm, HouseSold Realty which is a dba of Pace Probity LLC. Christy is also a continuing education trainer for Realtors in the state of Tennessee. She has been in Knoxville since 4th grade and call it home! Christy is a mother of two beautiful daughters and a grandmother of two as well!
In her career Christy has specialized in listings through retail, residential transactions as well as distressed properties for national asset management companies, hedge funds, banks, investors, GSE's and local banks and credit unions. With the additional experience this niche service has brought it has increased her abilities and knowledge in the retail side. As of June 2020, Christy has managed over 90mil in real estate transactions and asset dispositions.
