Bio
Chuck is a Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Rv3 Solutions. He has over 33 years in Corporate Real Estate Advisory and Financial Engineering expertise. He is actively involved in all aspects of Corporate Real Estate Finance, Valuation, and Analysis on behalf of Corporate and Public real estate entities. His skills and responsibilities include portfolio oversight, lease management, strategic planning, portfolio optimization, investment sales, and financial consulting.
Prior to Rv3 he had extensive experience as a Senior Managing Director of Financial Services with a boutique CRE services firm. Chuck was responsible for the strategic planning, valuation, and repositioning of multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios, as well as budget analysis and business case analysis. Prior to that he was a manager / financial analyst with Prudential Corporate Real Estate Advisors, where he was responsible for valuation, strategy, and financial analysis. Chuck also has prior experience as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.
