Chuck, previously with Doppelt and Company and Trammell Crow Company for nine years, joined Colliers International in 2001 as a retail specialist. Chuck’s prior experience of 15 years was in Norfolk, Virginia with real estate brokerage and development firms specializing in leasing and sales of office and retail properties.

Previously as a real estate associate, Chuck’s tenant representation included General Nutrition Centers, Inc., Sears Optical, West Marine, Ameritech, Only Diamonds, Motophoto, Coffee Beanery, Movie Gallery, and Schlotzsky’s. As a master broker for GNC, he coordinated the opening of 2,500 retail stores over a seven year period.
