Chuck Green brings more than 38 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, advising business owners and investors across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and major markets throughout Texas. His practice spans office, retail, industrial, medical, land, multifamily, and hospitality assets, with a focus on complex transactions requiring disciplined analysis, negotiation, and execution.
Mr. Green provides strategic representation in property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset repositioning, serving clients through expansion, consolidation, relocation, and long-term investment decisions.
In addition to his brokerage practice, Mr. Green leads a team of eight M&A and business brokers—all licensed real estate professionals—who specialize in business acquisitions and sales across Texas. He also oversees affiliated property management operations, providing clients with continuity from transaction through ongoing asset performance.
