Chuck Spinelli started Spinell Homes almost 30 years ago with the goal of providing Alaskans with safe, high-quality, personalized homes, and today his mission remains the same. Chuck and his wife Jackie have called Alaska home since 1984. They raised their three kids there, which fuels Chuck's passion to help Alaskans find the perfect home for their family. Whether it’s first-time homebuyers or people looking to build their perfect home from the ground up, Chuck is proud to have been a part of building more than 3,200 homes. He is committed to giving customers the highest quality home and customer service, and he knows the job is done when people say they’re proud to own a Spinell Home.
Spinell Homes isn’t just like family to Chuck—two of his three children joined the family business, making nine generations of Spinellis in the construction industry. He is proud to watch his children carry on the company’s legacy of top-notch customer care, innovative design, and family values. Chuck has also enjoyed watching many of Spinell Homes’ employees grow up at the company. He cares deeply about his community, and he and Jackie volunteer and support many community organizations. From building better homes to building up the community, Chuck believes in making Alaska a safe and healthy home for Alaskan families.
