Bio
Chuck Stehlik is responsible for all aspects of development, entitlement, construction, leasing and acquisition within the Northeast region for Goodman. He has over 20 years of experience within the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Goodman, Chuck served as Development Project Manager for IDI. While with IDI Chuck was responsible for the Site selection, Entitlement, Development, for several million SQFT of industrial space in PA and NJ. Chuck also worked on the customer side of the business for DHL as a real estate project managed in the CRE department. Chuck was responsible for the site selection, relocation, development of Overnight Delivery facilities along the east coast of the US.
Chuck earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Drexel University. He has also a LEED Associated Professional.
