Mr. Gov has an extensive background in multifamily acquisition and disposition, investment sales, development consulting and overall multifamily market analysis. His strong work ethic and attention to detail has led to the listing and closing of over $56 million of commercial properties in 2019. Mr. Gov also has a background in finance and a passion for commercial real estate. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Gov served on the top investment sales brokerage team at SVN in the North Los Angeles County area managing an active pipeline valued over $100 million. The team’s experience spanned over 30 years with $1.5 billion of investment assets sold.
In his personal life, Chung enjoys collecting timepieces, watching sports, and reading non-fiction books.
