Cindy Hoskinson started her career in real estate in the residential field as a property manager for a 734-unit apartment complex. While managing the complex for The Sexton Companies, she was able to increase occupancy by 35% while reducing delinquency by 50% within a twelve-month time frame. Cindy joined Coldwell Banker Commercial First as a Partner in 1997. While there, she was named CP Morgan’s “Realtor of the Year” after selling over 80 new homes in eight months. Deciding to move into commercial Real Estate, Cindy joined The Swiss Group where she successfully leased a 50,000 square foot, third-generation shopping center from 47% occupancy to 100% within nine months. Cindy joined Lee And Associates as a Retail Specialist, representing both Landlords and Tenants, in March of 2003 and has become an integral part of the Retail Team. In 2006, Cindy led production in the Retail Department with a total of 59 retail transactions and four investment transactions.
