Bio
CJ is the Associate of Asset Management at RJK, where he oversees the management of RJK's diverse portfolio, comprising office, retail, industrial, flex, and self-storage buildings across New England. With a focus on property and portfolio performance, CJ actively supports the investments and development teams through various functions, including: acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, leasing, and financing. His responsibilities encompass financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, market research, and portfolio reporting.
With experience in real estate private equity, CJ focused on acquisitions, asset management, fund management, and investor reporting over his career. Prior to joining RJK in 2024, CJ held a role on the capital markets team at Stoltz Real Estate Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and performance optimization of industrial and diversified funds spanning the United States. He collaborated with various internal and external teams, including: property management, accounting, leasing, construction, financing, and legal departments. CJ is a graduate of Bucknell University with a concentration in Biology and Real Estate Finance and a member of the Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team.
CJ lives in the New Hampshire Seacoast and enjoys outdoor pursuits year-round, with passions for skiing, surfing, and fishing.
