Clarence R. Wilson is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of licensed experience and a proven track record of success in residential property sales, brokerage management, and team development. A 1996 graduate of Michigan State University, Clarence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, combining his financial acumen with deep market insight to serve clients with integrity and results-driven strategy.
For the past 14 years, Clarence has been a cornerstone of RCH Brokerage Legacy, where he began as a Sales Agent and currently serves as Account Manager. In this leadership role, he oversees the onboarding and development of new agents, approves bank and government listing contracts, and has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s operational structure. His innovations include the formation of a dedicated Administrative Support Team to assist agents and clients, as well as implementing specialty teams tailored to different segments of the business.
Clarence has helped drive the brokerage’s rapid growth, managing over 200 closings annually, with more than $10 million in yearly sales and an impressive average of under 60 days on market per listing. His hands-on leadership and client-first philosophy continue to set a high standard across the organization and local real estate community.
