Clark Machemer is Senior Managing Director, Industrial, with Crow Holdings Development (CHD), where he oversees the company's industrial development operations in the Northeast. His responsibilities include site selection and acquisition, team building, securing project entitlements, coordinating project design and construction, and managing project capitalization. Throughout his 25-year career, Machemer has been involved in the leasing and development of more than 19 million square feet of industrial space, one million square feet of office space, and 250 residential units. Prior to joining Crow Holdings Development in 2018, Machemer spent more than 19 years with the Rockefeller Group within the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets. Notable projects during that period include a speculative development of a 680,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Cranbury, N.J.; The Green at Florham Park, a 268-acre master-planned development in Florham Park, N.J.; and a 1.1 million-square-foot FedEx Ground industrial facility in Lehigh Valley. He began his career at Andersen Consulting.
