Clark Simpson brings more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience advising owners and investors across multiple asset types, with a focus on executing sale processes backed by thorough upfront analysis. From 2019 through early 2026, he has completed $240 million in investment sales transactions across the region.
Simpson began his career at CBRE in Norfolk, where he built a foundation in leasing and transaction execution across multiple property types and later helped launch the CBRE Manufactured Housing Group. In 2011, he founded Commonwealth Property Group, a real estate investment and property management firm, where he led the acquisition and management of more than $20 million of multifamily and self-storage investments while continuing to advise brokerage clients. He sold the property management platform in 2019 and returned full-time to investment sales with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Team before joining Colliers.
