Cliff is also a commercial real estate instructor and a member of the CCIM Faculty where he teaches Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI 101), User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI 103), Commercial Real Estate Negotiations, and Foundations of Commercial Real Estate.
