Bio
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Cliff served as a Senior Associate with Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services staring in 2016 focusing on Investment Sales of Shopping Centers and Single Tenant Net Lease properties across the state of Florida, as well as, office buildings.
Before this Cliff also worked with Atlantic Commercial Group doing leasing and investment sales, and prior to that was Director of Leasing and Vice President for Tobin Properties overseeing a portfolio of shopping centers throughout Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee, which included an additional two million square feet of third party leasing in South Florida.
Prior to relocating to South Florida from New York, Cliff also worked for KMA Investment Properties responsible for the turnkey ground-up development of over a dozen retail opportunities overseeing site selection, land acquisition, financing, pre-development design, leasing, marketing, and disposition.
