Clint began his carelint began his career as an investment banker for a boutique M&A firm. He has been an entrepreneur since 1996, building companies in diverse industries. His corporate finance background has helped him structure deals creatively for the sellers he has worked with, but his passion lies in the ability to build a company and secure its future. Clint is a graduate of the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. He is actively involved at USC, where he serves on the Board of Governors, as a mentor for the Marshall Undergraduate CAP program, as a member of the Master of Business for Veterans Board of Counselors and as a frequent guest lecturer.
