They also operate 1431 Property Management LLC, to provide needed professional property management services to our area and clients. While Clive resides on the North Shore of Lake Travis, his business activities also cover Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, and Austin.<br />He and his wife Joyce moved to Lago Vista about eighteen years ago and have been involved in community affairs on many levels since that time. I am a Past-President of the Lago Vista & Jonestown Area Chamber of Commerce, of the Lago Vista Festival Foundation, and was Vice-President and Board Member of the Lago Vista Economic Development Alliance. I am President of the Board of the Lago Vista Property Owners Association. Joyce has been a member of both the Lago Vista Elementary School and Middle School Campus Improvement Committees.<br />Joyce and I were honored to be named “Distinguished Citizens of Lago Vista” by the Mayor of Lago Vista in March 2006. The members of the Lago Vista & Jonestown Area Chamber of Commerce honored me as “Citizen of The Year 2006” and again for 2009.
