Clyde joined King Industrial Realty in February 2021 as a Sales Associate. He is currently partnering with some of King’s top producing agents in order to develop leads and foster client relationships. Clyde is developing his property listing and deal portfolio and will be focused on tenant representation, leasing/selling of industrial properties, land acquisitions and investment sales with an emphasis on the I85 Northeast corridor and the surrounding metro areas.
Prior to joining King Industrial Realty, Clyde worked as a Development Associate with Easlan Capital Partners of Atlanta, Inc. As such, his experience in large scale commercial development projects, including hospitality, multi-family, and retail offer him a unique perspective that clients will find very advantageous.
