Clyde Purmort is an industrial real estate specialist with six years of experience and a newly appointed Associate at DarwinPW, where he focuses on the North Cook, Lake County, and Southern Wisconsin markets. He will partner closely with Dan Prendergast to deliver expert representation, strategic advisory, and sales services to owners, investors, and occupiers. Prior to joining DarwinPW, Clyde served as a Senior Advisor at King Industrial Realty in Atlanta. In addition to his brokerage expertise, he brings a background in large-scale commercial development from Easlan Capital Partners, providing clients with a unique, multi-dimensional perspective on property valuation, positioning, and long-term potential. Clyde is a graduate of the School of Public Policy at Florida State University, where he earned a degree in Economics.
