C.N. Patel provides Clover Hotel Group with exceptional leadership and expertise in all aspects of the Company’s management and development activities. He directs and supervises all day-to-day functions of the Company and spends a significant portion of his time on the ongoing construction projects the Company undertakes. As CEO, C.N. is responsible for overall guidance and strategic planning for the Company.
Raised in India, C.N. earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bardoli College before immigrating to the United States in 1969. Here he earned his Electrical Engineering Degree from Chicago Tech. He worked in several engineering positions. C.N. started CHG in 1989 and since then has served on the International Operators Council for Choice Hotels, Inc. for seven years including a two year term as Regional Chair and a one year term as Vice-President of the organization. He also served on the Industry Relations committee for AAHOA. Due to C.N.’s leadership roles in various industry organizations he is widely known and well respected in the lodging Industry. CN has also been designated as a Certified Hotel Administrator by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
