Bio
Cody is a Managing Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and co-leads the firm's industrial efforts for Florida. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. His areas of expertise include JV equity, investment advisory/sales, and debt capitalizations for institutional-grade industrial properties throughout the Southeast United States. Cody earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s in Finance at the University of Florida. During the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $11 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
