Bio
Cody is a second-generation builder and Realtor who specializes in residential developments. He put himself through college by building and selling homes as a General Contractor and obtained his Arkansas Real Estate License in 1999. He has been a full-time Realtor since 2008.
Since 2012 he has been named among the top agents in Northwest Arkansas. He closed a total personal sales volume of $9 million in 2014 and $14.5 million in 2015.
Christiane, Cody’s wife, has been a Realtor in NWA since 2012. Prior to that she spent 15 years working in the supplier community. She leads business development for our team and works as the “Seller Concierge” – taking care of the requests and needs of the clients who list their homes with us.
