Cody Cress is a seasoned commercial real estate broker who has been with Sun Coast Partners Commercial since 2007. Cody teamed up with fellow broker, Tyler Pegg, in 2012 to form The CRESS Group. With a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, The CRESS Group at Sun Coast Partners Commercial has established itself as a trusted name in the regional commercial real estate market.
Cody graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Environmental Engineering. Upon graduation, Cody worked in the environmental consulting industry, gaining technical expertise and analytical skills that are unique to the real estate industry. This technical background combined with a wealth of commercial real estate experience spanning almost two decades, enables Cody to navigate the intricacies of the real estate industry with finesse. His in-depth knowledge of the market, coupled with a keen understanding of the evolving trends in commercial real estate, positions him as a go-to expert for both local businesses and investors.
