I am currently practicing as a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Currently, our team performs over 4,000 commercial property appraisals annually with an intended purpose of a property tax appeal. We service Cook County, its collar counties, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.
Separately, I service select complex Commercial Real Estate transactions that require a higher level of diligence and strategy to sell above the current market tolerance.
