Mr. Sims joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in August 2018. He specializes in Industrial leasing and sales, representing both landlords and tenants in the market.
He is a Jacksonville native, who holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. Prior to completing his bachelor’s degree at California State University Monterey Bay, he played collegiate baseball at both Florida State University and California State University MB.
