He launched his real estate career in Louisiana, where he quickly established himself as a top producer. Over four years, he successfully advised on 144 transactions. In addition to his transactional success, Cole played a key role in growing his brokerage’s market presence and mentoring up-and-coming agents.
Before entering real estate, Cole built a strong foundation in the civil construction industry, where he developed expertise in project management, heavy machinery, and acquisitions. This hands-on experience equips him with valuable insights into the demands of industrial assets.
