Cole is an Acadiana native and a graduate of LSU, where he earned a degree in General Business with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate. Following graduation, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked on the Industrial Leasing team at Jones Lang LaSalle. In 2025, Cole returned to Louisiana, where he continues his career in industrial commercial real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and tennis, as well as fishing.
