Cole Collins has joined Cresa in Dallas as a Senior Vice President, adding deep experience in landlord and tenant representation, site selection strategy, and relationship-driven advisory services. In his role, Cole will advise occupiers and investors on complex leasing and location decisions, helping clients align real estate strategy with broader business objectives. He will also collaborate closely with the Dallas team to expand market coverage, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth across key industry sectors.
Previously, Cole spent several years at Newmark delivering strategic real estate solutions across the Dallas market while offering a comprehensive understanding of critical decisions involved in property selection and long-term planning.
Before Newmark, Cole was with McNeff Commercial Real Estate, representing both landlords and tenants in sales and leasing transactions. He began his real estate career in residential brokerage with Coldwell Banker in Arkansas.
