Cole Gonet serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Raleigh office. An 11-year corporate real estate professional and Raleigh native, Gonet specializes in office and industrial leasing, with a focus on helping companies align their real estate strategies with long-term business goals. Serving clients across the Triangle and beyond, Gonet brings a consultative approach to every engagement—whether guiding high-growth companies through expansion, supporting right-sizing efforts or negotiating lease terms that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2025, Gonet spent eight years as a Managing Director at Savills in Raleigh, where his work spanned a range of industries—a&e, legal, tech and healthcare—and included a successful track record with portfolio strategy, site selection, lease negotiation and occupancy planning. Gonet started his career in 2014 with Cushman & Wakefield, where he served on both the tenant representation and agency representation teams.
