Bio
Cole Kellogg is FCP’s regional head of Texas and is responsible for the firm’s multifamily investments throughout the state. He specializes in underwriting core, core+, and value-add acquisitions, ground-up development and structured finance opportunities. Prior to joining FCP in 2016, Cole worked in the Asset Management group of J.P. Morgan Chase. He graduated with a BA from Vanderbilt University in 2013.
