Cole Kellogg is responsible for underwriting and closing FCP’s residential acquisitions and structured investments throughout the greater Washington, DC area and Southeastern United States.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Kellogg worked as an analyst in J.P. Morgan Chase’s Asset Management Division, where he focused on providing multi-asset class discretionary portfolio management services to Washington area clients. Mr. Kellogg graduated with a BA from Vanderbilt University in 2013.
