Cole Kinney Leonhardt is a passionate real estate professional who began his career as an 18 year old flipping residential houses. Since his initial introduction to the real estate investment industry he has begun to focus more on rental property investments and has since accumulated 10 units of apartment rentals in Minneapolis, MN. Before graduating from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Real Estate, Cole has interned at different real estate firms including: Dornhomes which is the largest residential home builder in Arizona participating in a rotational program allowing training in each division of Dornhomes, IRET (publicly traded REIT) as an Asset Management Analyst helping manage over 12,000 apartments, and lastly began development projects in New Jersey & Connecticut for a start-up modular apartment developer called Vessel Technologies.
Having grown up in Minnesota, Cole enjoys Hockey more than anything as well as both following the stock market and all different types of cuisine, with his favorite food being sushi.
