Cole brings a deep understanding of secondary real estate markets by previously being a Commercial and Agricultural Lender throughout Minnesota for the last decade. Since joining the Lubinski Team, Cole focuses on new opportunities and achieving his client’s goals in a timely manner. His team’s niche focus is within large industrial assets in secondary markets across the country, with particular expertise in the Upper Midwest.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Cole built relationships in finance and in the residential real estate space. His experience involves navigating negotiations, financial analysis, and customer development. Cole and his team are able to provide an array of services that are tailored to each client to provide proper representation. The service to his customers is reflected by a strong work ethic, emotional intelligence, and the ability to produce results. He holds real estate licenses in MN, WI, and IA.
