Cole Weber joined Wilson Hutchison Realty in 2026 as the newest member of the team.
A lifelong Atlanta native, Cole brings a deep, firsthand familiarity with the metro Atlanta and North Georgia markets to his work in commercial real estate. He received his real estate license in 2023 and focuses on commercial brokerage across a broad range of property types, including industrial, office, retail, and land. Cole represents both tenants and landlords, working with clients on leasing and sales throughout the region.
Cole earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. His marketing background gives him a strong foundation in positioning properties, understanding tenant and buyer motivations, and communicating value clearly to clients on either side of a transaction.
Above all, Cole believes in building long-term client relationships through honesty, hard work, and attention to detail. He is committed to listening closely to his clients’ goals and delivering thoughtful, well-researched solutions that meet their needs.
When he’s not working, Cole enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, backpacking the trails of North Georgia and beyond, and pursuing his passion for photography.
